First licensed in 1988, Bruce began his real estate career acquiring, rehabilitating & reselling foreclosed properties for PMI Mortgage Insurance Company. After leaving PMI, Bruce moved into traditional real estate transactions, eventually relocating to Sacramento with his wife and son.
