EXPERIENCE

Bruce Hammer is one of the most sought after real estate brokers in Sacramento. Prior to launching Golden State Realty Group with his business partner Amy Coleman, both were top producing brokers with other nationally known real estate firms.

First licensed in 1988, Bruce began his real estate career acquiring, rehabilitating & reselling foreclosed properties for PMI Mortgage Insurance Company.  After leaving PMI, Bruce moved into traditional real estate transactions, eventually relocating to Sacramento with his wife and son.  As a licensed California real estate Broker, Bruce puts his experience & negotiating skills to work helping his clients buy and sell properties throughout the greater Sacramento, Yolo & Placer counties.

EDUCATION

In 1991, Bruce earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services Administration from the College of Notre Dame. This was followed-up in 1998 with an MBA.
