EXPERIENCE

Bruce Hammer is one of the most sought after real estate brokers in Sacramento. Prior to affiliating himself with Keller Williams, he was a top producing, multi-million dollar agent with another nationally known real estate firm.

First licensed in 1988, Bruce began his real estate career acquiring, rehabilitating & reselling foreclosed properties for PMI Mortgage Insurance Company.  After leaving PMI, Bruce moved into traditional real estate transactions, eventually relocating to Sacramento with his wife and son.  As a licensed California real estate Broker, Bruce puts his experience & negotiating skills to work helping his clients buy and sell properties throughout the greater Sacramento, Yolo & Placer counties.

EDUCATION

In 1991, Bruce earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services Administration from the College of Notre Dame. This was followed-up in 1998 with an MBA.
